Guys! I’m so sorry for posting this a day late. Let’s get started on this week’s goals.
This week I wanted to share with you my gains. There are so many!
First, I wanted to report my yoga sessions are going well. I love to wake up and feel refreshed after a good 60-minute session of yoga.
Second, I started doing some long distance walking to build up my stamina.
Third, I wanted to share with you all the places I enjoy looking for books or writing nooks that I love to frequent.
I particularly enjoy the outdoor patio!
I’m happy to report I’ve spent a lot of time planning my school schedule and my writing schedule. I’m going to make room for both my loves.
A schedule will keep me on track. I am putting up a new bulletin board today to help.
There are my gains. I hope you all are making goals for yourself!
