Wednesday Goal Tracker

Jeepers! It’s been too long since I did a Wednesday Tracker Post. Where has the time gone?

I’m graduating in May and my schedule has been pretty scheduled to the hour. I have assignments, projects, presentations, and training. This mama is busy. I haven’t mentioned the time I spend writing, world building, and finding time to blog. I also am reading my author of the week’s book.

Sometimes it can be hard to manage my schedule. However, I thrive in having multiple things to do. I don’t do well when I’m idle.

So, without further ado….Let’s get into it!

These were my goals at the end of January.

  • Get assignments due Friday done by Wednesday.
  • Get assignments due Sunday done by Friday
  • Write nightly at least 2k words.
  • Do practicum work by Wednesday
  • Zumba and Yoga mornings
  • Don’t give up!

I can say that I have kept all these goals going with one exception. I still do Yoga every morning but I’m spotty on my Zumba sessions. I try to fit it in when I can. My nightly 2K words has expanded on some days to be 4K and one night I wrote 6K. Every day is different.

I’ll be making new goals to focus more on my writing because my big projects at school are done. So, there is no need to disrupt my schedule. I’ll be continuing to submit my assignments a couple days before. It’s a good system and helps me free up time for other things.

Here are my new goals for the month.

  • Write and upload 3 chapters a week of fanfic
  • Organize and Write each day for poetry collection
  • Start Story Board for Fantasy novel. Add 4 components to start.
  • Drink more water (Add a tracker on phone)
  • Take an hour out of my day for Self Care.

I added the last two for my own sanity. I tend to go and go and don’t take time to pause. I also would like to increase my water consumption. It’s starting to get warmer and I get dehydrated pretty quickly.

There you have it, quick and dirty. I’ll check in next month with more goals. I have others I keep in my notebook (privately). These are just the ones that I feel keep me motivated.
