Ingredients 6 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 medium onion, minced 2 stalks celery, minced 1/2 green pepper, minced 1 tart apple, peeled, cored and grated 3 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 to 2 tablespoons curry powder 6 tablespoons flour 3 cups chicken bouillon 1/2 cup cream 2 tablespoons sherry 1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent 2 pounds shrimp, cooked
