“All I Want For Christmas Is You…” | What book do you want to see under the Christmas Tree?

The Awakening - (Dragon Heart Legacy, 1) By Nora Roberts (Hardcover) : Target

Nora’s new release of The Awakening just came out and based on the few reviews I’ve seen, I’m dying to read it. It would be pretty awesome to get this under my tree and start the year off reading my favorite romance author.

“Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time…” | What book that you have read this year have you enjoyed the most?

The Rust Maidens

It’s so hard to choose just one book that I enjoyed most because there were so many. I chose The Rust Maidens purely because I did my first #buddyread and review. I really enjoyed doing that with a friend. Plus, the book was actually pretty good and I enjoyed the uniqueness of the story.

“It’s Beginning to look a lot like Christmas…” | Which book has most festive look to it?

The Christmas Table has a very festive cover and the story is one that sticks to you. The book takes place in the 70s and is all about bringing people together through food and joy. What a great way to enjoy the holidays.

Elf | What book unleashes your inner child?

Believe it or not, Corduroy was my first book that I read. It started me on this journey of loving books. From this book, I learned the lesson of words becoming stories. Of stories being from our imagination. After that, I was a reader and I will be for the rest of my life.

The Grinch | Your favourite villain…

The Evil Queen in Snow White was my favorite Villain growing up and I think she still is. When the show Once Upon A Time came out, I was thrilled to see my favorite Villain being shown on the screen. My runner up is Ursula in The Little Mermaid. Those two were pretty awesome. As an adult, I’d say there are too many favorites to count.

The Holiday | Name your favourite TWO couples…

I’ll add three instead of two in Nora Robert’s Quinn Brothers Trilogy or four if you count the fourth book in the series. The Quinn Brothers are my favorite characters and when you add their wives and the lives they lead, well there’s no better couples than that. These books talk about boys who started from a rough childhood and were taken in my a man and his wife and brought them up to be men. The women in the book bring out the good in them and show that despite their harsh start, their lives can have so much more meaning.

What book would you like to give as a present to your followers?

The End of Echoes by [Dawn Hosmer]

I’d love for everyone to read End of Echoes. Hosmer is a terrific writer who grabs you from the first page and hold on tight until the very end. In this story, we follow the life of two families linked by tragedy. Stories that link in the most unpleasant and unique ways and leave echoes in the end. An amazing story that I wish I could buy you all a copy.
