I’ve been doing well on Keto this time around. I wanted to share some meals that I put together to share with you. These are things I’ve either gotten ideas and expanded on or come up with on my own.
I’ll start sharing more stuff that I cook, but I often forget to take pictures. I realized that if I tend to make the food look good, I’ll pay closer attention to what I put on the plate.
Also, the portion sizes are based on my personal goals that I worked out in my doctor’s office. So, I would check with your doctor before eating this amount. I’m a big girl and that changes things.
