Bariatric Chicken Fajitas

For lunch today, I had a craving for fajitas. I may not be able to eat tortillas, but I can still enjoy this meal packed with protein and ingredients that fit into my plan. So, I hope you enjoy my dish.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken meat cut into fajita strips

Green and Red bellpeppers and onions

DIRECTIONS

Add oil, I used sunflower and olive oil to a pan. Cook the chicken.

Add the pepper mixture and add a cover to steam the veggies.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Whatever you like.

Top with Green Chile sauce
