Blogmas Day 8: Festive Snack Ideas

Bariatric Edition

The holidays is a time to bake cookies, make pies, and all the sugary goodies that the holiday season brings. But, what if you are a diabetic or have a specific diet that doesn’t allow you to have sugar? There are alternate options and I thought that I would share some snack ideas that I have either tried or have come up in the many searches that I have made since I had surgery.

First, don’t get overwhelmed by the many snacks out there. Because there are tons! Here are a few that I’ve tried that are yummy and nutritious. I’ll try to find where I got them and leave a link for you. Some I got off Pinterest and I will try to link the page.
